The Brookvent airstream Xe 100T is a discreet intermittent bathroom fan which is perfectly suited in both new build and refurbishment projects. Airflow is maximised whilst noise is minimised, thanks to the unique fan impeller design which reduces turbulence. This fan can be mounted either on a wall, window, or on the ceiling with a very short run of ducting.

• The fan is equipped with a timer circuit adjustable from 1 to 25 minutes delay. After switching off, the fan continues to run for the pre-set period.
