The Envirovent Filterless Infinity Fan is designed specifically for the rigours of Social Housing where there is a need to remove moisture and improve indoor air quality for all in the dwelling over the long term with minimal maintenance.
With two fans you can reach the ventilation rate for a dMEV system in the average 3 bed house. The Envirovent Filterless Infinity fan speed can now be varied for more control and to achieve increased airflow rate so as to achieve the ventilation rates set out in Part F of the TGD.
Datalogging function enables the collection of data such as the total running time at both speeds, the time in which the fan has spent in periods of increased humidity and the energy that has been used. It also allows you know if the tenant has tampered with the fan or switched it off.
The Envirovent Filterless Infinity, improves lifecycle costs and comes with an unparallel 8 year warranty as standard.
Running continuously on trickle speed, the Filterless Infinity ensures that condensation and high humidity levels are kept at bay. No user intervention is required as the Intellitrac® Technology constantly monitor the average humidity. As this rises and falls, the motor speed rises and falls in direct correlation.
This controls condensation both quietly and efficiently, eliminating the problem of noisy extract fans and reducing the periods of time when the fan operates on maximum speed, saving energy.
Ideal for bathrooms, kitchens, WCs and from simple through the wall installations, to ceiling, window and inline installations, the Filterless Infinity fits all with the use of easy to install accessory kits. This fan is very simple for contractors to install as there are only two settings, bathroom or kitchen. There is plenty of room around the inside of the fan for rerouting of cables.
