Product description
The kit comprises of the Envirovent Filterless Fan, exterior 100mm grille, metal ceiling valve, metal joist bracket, cable for remote boost switch and a screw kit. The advantage of this inline conversion kit for the Filterless Fan is that the fan can be installed in the attic space for people who do not like the look of the fan on the ceiling or wall. With the fan been installed in the attic space, there is no noise when the fan is on trickle speed which is an advantage for ensuite bedrooms. It is also an advantage when installing a fan for the first time in a bathroom as it does away with the need to wire straight back to an RCBO in the fuse board.
The Envirovent Filterless Fan is our recommended extract fan for mould and condensation problems in private and rental houses. We recommend using the Envirovent Filterless fan as part of a dMEV system to achieve a constant whole house ventilation rate with boost extraction when needed. The Envirovent Filterless fan can also be used for a stand alone fan in a bathroom or kitchen.
Integrated within the Filterless Extract Fan are the unique Intellitrac® humidity tracking controls, which constantly monitor the humidity level. As humidity rises and falls, the motor speed rises and falls in direct correlation. This controls condensation quietly and efficiently, eliminating the problem of ‘nuisance running’ and reducing the periods of time when the fan operates on maximum/boost to save energy.
