Our Ventilation Installer

Our installer is a BPEC & NZEB certified domestic ventilation installer who is fully insured. We install all ventilation equipment to comply with current day building regulations. We explain to the customer how the system works and how to maintain the product. If we are fitting a ventilation system in a tenanted property, we will supply information in a perspex notice board about how the system works and how to reduce the level of condensation.

We can core drill from inside a property in the likes of apartments with a special core drill without causing any damage to the internal wall. We also use powerful extraction so that we can cleanly core drill through the walls without creating any dust. Over the last number of years, it has been found that some apartments have not been fire stopped according to the building standards. In all apartments that we are fitting ventilation products, our installer will fire stop all penetrations that he makes through the walls as standard.

Usually with most normal bungalows or two story houses we can drill directly from outside straight through to the inside creating absolutely no mess or damage to the wall. All ventilation flow rates are tested and the results recorded after each install.

After our installer has fitted the ventilation units he will leave the place exactly the way it was before but without the damp and mould problems.
